Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-language, multi-platform software projects.
- Establish and maintain containerized development and deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build automation for C/C++ and Python codebases using CMake, Conan, and similar tools.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and system testing frameworks.
- Integrate security scanning and vulnerability assessment tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage version-control workflows, branching strategies, GitLab runners, build agents, and testing infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Develop deployment scripts and tools for embedded and distributed systems.
- Monitor build health, test coverage, code quality metrics, and system performance.
- Support developers with build, dependency, and development-environment issues.
- Document DevOps processes, tools, best practices, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with software, systems, security, IT, and integration teams.
- Travel approximately 20% for system integration events and customer demonstrations.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for the government clearance requirement.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with BS plus 5 years, MS plus 3 years, or PhD plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with Linux system administration and embedded Linux environments.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Experience with Bash and Python scripting.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with C/C++ build systems such as CMake and Make.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Preferred experience with DevOps or software infrastructure engineering, real-time embedded systems software, Conan, vcpkg, Artifactory, static analysis, code coverage, performance profiling, SonarQube, and Trivy.
- An active Top Secret clearance, preferably TS/SCI, is preferred.
