Base Salary
$95k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and provide production support for software products.
- Solve routine and moderately complex technical challenges and identify root causes.
- Own smaller initiatives from planning through production support.
- Collaborate with engineers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and monitoring.
- Support software quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews, source control, deployment activities, and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience.
- Working knowledge of software design, application development, testing, code review, source control, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and fundamental computer science concepts.
- Experience analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate technical concepts clearly, manage priorities, and deliver with limited supervision.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with cloud-based, distributed, or scalable software systems and monitoring, observability, automation, or operational improvements.
- Preferred: familiarity with agile software development methodologies and experience mentoring peers or supporting onboarding.
- Preferred: knowledge of software performance, reliability, and scalability best practices.
