Base Salary
$156k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write production Python that powers real-time bidding, model training, and campaign optimization.
- Train, deploy, and monitor ML models for ad decision-making at scale.
- Build and improve incrementality measurement systems for advertisers.
- Design and implement new ML products across the ad-buying lifecycle.
- Use LLMs and generative AI to enhance internal tool development.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor on a distributed engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong production Python skills with experience in production environments.
- Solid understanding of statistics and ML fundamentals.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and their applications.
- Experience in adtech or CTV, including RTB and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent written communication skills for a distributed team.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and own problems end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
