Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, low-latency agentic architecture, tools, and features for grounding health-related responses in longitudinal user data.
- Develop production-grade code and evaluations for secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.
- Identify product gaps, propose feature enhancements, and improve architecture for scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and frontend engineers to refine user experience and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Preferred experience with data structures and algorithms in academic or industry settings.
- Preferred experience developing accessible technologies, code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
- Preferred experience developing Generative AI Agents.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000–$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
