Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end human-centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components.
- Integrate AI, machine learning, and natural language processing capabilities into business workflows.
- Implement agentic AI behaviors using human-centered design and hybrid neural-symbolic approaches.
- Develop scalable APIs and services focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Partner with sales and client teams on discovery, technical solution design, validation, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Provide technical input to proposals, statements of work, contracts, industry use cases, and pre-delivery considerations.
- Collaborate with product, business, sales, global capability, client, and operational teams to deliver customer-facing outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack AI or machine learning engineer or scientist working with production AI/ML models at scale, including monitoring, alerting, bug fixing, and auditing.
- At least 8 years of experience applying computer science foundations, computer system architecture, systems engineering, and programming.
- At least 5 years of experience with distributed computing systems and architecture, including big data analytics, scientific computing, grid or cloud computing, or distributed networks.
- At least 4 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML-based software to a cloud environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to at least 12 years of work experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing consulting skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Preferred experience with Python, Python-based AI/ML frameworks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLM APIs, Clojure, C++, Java, R, and SQL.
- A master’s or PhD in a related field is preferred.
