Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications and digital projects.
- Build robust Salesforce solutions and deliver business-value-focused application features.
- Develop integrations with third-party and legacy systems using web technologies, APIs, middleware, and common integration patterns.
- Create application, interface, operations, program, and user documentation.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to software engineers.
- Establish software quality practices and identify opportunities for team improvement.
- Coordinate work with other applications, Marketing Cloud applications, support teams, and stakeholders.
- Perform application deployment and support activities, including automated jobs and Tier 1–Tier 3 support coordination.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional Salesforce Developer experience.
- Experience with at least three major Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Communities.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or HTML5, API programming, SOAP, REST API, middleware, and Jenkins.
- Experience delivering holistic Salesforce solutions, customer 360-degree views, personalized services, B2C Commerce, and marketing capabilities.
- Understanding of relational databases, data governance, data management, enterprise data integration, and analytical platforms.
- Experience with cloud transformation projects, component, product, or enterprise architecture, and public cloud or hybrid ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile methodology or SDLC practices and Tier 1–Tier 3 support teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, English language, adaptability, and technology-learning skills.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred; Architect certifications and Platform Developer II certification are advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred.
- Salesforce OmniStudio experience is advantageous.
