Responsibilities
- Understand customer domains, systems, OKRs, and KPIs to guide solution design.
- Architect and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
- Translate customer and pre-sales requirements into actionable plans for engineering and delivery teams.
- Design modular and scalable solutions reusable across customers and industries.
- Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee implementation and maintain architectural alignment.
- Support pre-sales by scoping opportunities, defining technical requirements, and assessing feasibility and effort.
- Track emerging AI, software integration, and business transformation trends and apply them to solution designs.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, and pipelines.
- Ability to translate customer business priorities into technical execution plans.
- Experience creating scalable and future-proof architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies and the ability to manage multiple solution tracks and timelines.
- Experience defining and tracking success through OKRs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, including extensibility and multi-tenant design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are preferred.
