Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation teams through planning, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions.
Facilitate customer workshops, build consensus, and develop end-to-end solution architectures using standard and custom applications.
Lead and support requirements specifications, use cases, functional specifications, solution analysis, proposals, and statements of work.
Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite.
Lead or participate in proof-of-concept engagements and provide input on professional services methodologies and tools.
Coach and mentor team members, assign project tasks, review work products, and supervise onsite or offshore technical teams.
Drive continuous improvement in solution delivery and manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.

At least 3 years of significant initial PLM implementation experience.
Proven experience leading large enterprise PLM software implementations in an architect role.
Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and using project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Thorough understanding of enterprise application implementation methodologies, data modeling techniques, SQL Server, and data migration from legacy systems.
Ability to write clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases.
Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and changing priorities, and communicate effectively during difficult customer situations.
Curiosity and openness toward new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.

Office-based or partly remote work is available.
The role is available to candidates located in Germany.
Up to 40% travel is required.
