Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation teams through planning, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions.
- Facilitate customer workshops, build consensus, and develop end-to-end solution architectures using standard and custom applications.
- Lead and support requirements specifications, use cases, functional specifications, solution analysis, proposals, and statements of work.
- Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite.
- Lead or participate in proof-of-concept engagements and provide input on professional services methodologies and tools.
- Coach and mentor team members, assign project tasks, review work products, and supervise onsite or offshore technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in solution delivery and manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of significant initial PLM implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading large enterprise PLM software implementations in an architect role.
- Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and using project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Thorough understanding of enterprise application implementation methodologies, data modeling techniques, SQL Server, and data migration from legacy systems.
- Ability to write clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases.
- Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and changing priorities, and communicate effectively during difficult customer situations.
- Curiosity and openness toward new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
