Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight for deployment of a real-time asset-tracking solution to the U.S. Army.
Engage Army and DoD representatives to understand mission requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead communication of technical delivery information to internal stakeholders and customer representatives.
Oversee RMF/ATO compliance, including architecture documentation, security controls, POAMs, and coordination with ISSMs and ISSOs.
Conduct technical reviews of system implementation plans for contract, customer, and best-practice conformance.
Mentor junior or non-technical staff and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve technical objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, software engineering, product management, technical leadership, or a related technical role.
Experience deploying complex technology solutions to the U.S. Army.
Successful delivery experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS or Azure.
Understanding of DoD cybersecurity RMF and cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to develop rapid prototype solutions and solve problems under pressure.
Strong written, verbal, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance are required.
Preferred: experience with active or passive RFID hardware, including readers, antennas, and tags.
Preferred: experience with satellite-based backhaul systems, secure VPNs, or LAN/WAN infrastructures.
Preferred: active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Remote position with approximately 25% travel.
Applicants must meet U.S. Government security-clearance eligibility requirements; only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
