Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and architecture of complex systems and contribute to the team’s technology vision.
- Translate product features and business specifications into high-level and low-level designs.
- Develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient applications using Java or Golang.
- Drive engineering best practices, code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Create architectures and designs for new solutions and existing product areas.
- Evaluate and select technologies and tools while driving their adoption.
- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical initiatives.
Requirements
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
- 3–5 years of experience in a product development company.
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong data modeling, low-level class design, object-oriented programming, and design-pattern skills.
- Proficiency in Java or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with databases and Linux/Unix platforms.
- Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and efficient code and work collaboratively in an agile environment.
