Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in data management at scale.
- Design and lead the development of data systems to support platform scalability.
- Own and develop the database and overall data strategy.
- Participate in decision-making regarding project priorities and methodologies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation for systems and processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling production infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of Postgres and cloud offerings like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience with building low-level data systems and managed data platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with distributed teams.
