Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using OpenText xPression.
- Create dynamic policies, letters, claims communications, statements, bills, forms, and correspondence.
- Use xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard for template development and administration.
- Build reusable document components, dynamic content, tables, images, barcodes, and data-driven elements.
- Support template integration, testing, troubleshooting, production support, and SDLC activities.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and application teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xPression.
- Expertise in xDesign/xDDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard.
- Experience developing complex dynamic document templates.
- Knowledge of XML, data mapping, and document composition concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred: OpenText Exstream or xPression-to-Exstream migration expertise.
- Preferred: Insurance domain experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of PDF/UA and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Preferred: Experience supporting high-volume document generation environments.
