Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement software development best practices to improve performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to development process improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive software documentation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Six to ten years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid, day-shift environment.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous learning.
