Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, UC4-BatchHost, and Urban Code Deploy.
- Develop and manage scalable infrastructure as code with Terraform across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Implement Docker containerization, Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and Kubernetes orchestration across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Deploy, migrate, monitor, and manage applications and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, including cloud-native services such as Cloud-IDP and OpenShift.
- Manage and support Oracle database systems, ExaCC migrations, schema changes, data migrations, performance tuning, and AWR report analysis.
- Design and maintain application and infrastructure monitoring with Splunk, New Relic, and Geneos.
- Integrate and administer BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, Jira, Glue, and Apigee.
- Automate operational tasks and enhance pipelines using Java, JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Manage digital certificate lifecycles and participate in security governance activities, including Quantum Risk Mitigation.
- Troubleshoot complex CI/CD, infrastructure, database, and application issues while improving software delivery and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Deep technical skills in at least one core language environment, such as Java, JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Extensive experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Ansible, Urban Code Deploy, and UC4-BatchHost.
- Experience with BitBucket, Artifactory, Confluence, and Jira.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Dockerfiles, and Helm across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Experience with software development processes, lifecycles, methodologies, and multi-platform architecture.
- Database administration and monitoring experience with Oracle technologies, including ExaCC and AWR reports.
- Experience with Splunk, New Relic, and Geneos enterprise monitoring tools.
- Experience with IT Service Management processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with certificate management and security governance concepts such as Quantum Risk Mitigation.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
