Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and maturity improvements for strategic accounts and business units.
- Assess and shortlist accounts, understand automation requirements, and align customers on capabilities and expected ROI.
- Ensure required software, infrastructure, access controls, dashboards, and process support systems are implemented for scalable automation monitoring.
- Develop and review account automation plans with account partners and delivery teams.
- Review project progress and resolve complex escalations involving operations, production, quality control, schedules, and maintenance.
- Track project completion against plans and ensure successful automation rollouts and contractual commitments.
- Review automation trends and identify capability gaps within the team.
- Maintain customer relationships, collect feedback, close delivery gaps, and support business continuity through customer references.
Requirements
- Mandatory infrastructure automation skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience leading automation initiatives, account automation planning, customer engagement, project delivery, and operational escalation resolution is required by the role scope.
