Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce and marketing technology initiatives for the Lead-to-Cash cutover and ongoing roadmap.
- Build solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Lead the MCAE/Pardot-to-Marketing Cloud Advanced migration, including automation flows, campaign automations, and form handlers.
- Build and support integrations among Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Qualtrics, 6sense, Openprise, AEM, and other enterprise systems.
- Support customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation in Data Cloud.
- Drive legacy Salesforce migration, platform consolidation, and CRM modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot integration, synchronization, data-quality, and deployment-pipeline issues across environments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Privacy, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, including at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce and marketing technology platforms.
- Expert hands-on experience with B2B marketing automation, including Pardot/MCAE and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud features including Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Data Actions, and Activation.
- Experience designing and deploying Agentforce agents and prompt templates for customer-facing or internal use cases.
- Strong Salesforce development skills with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and an iPaaS or data-orchestration platform.
- Ability to work autonomously, drive ambiguous initiatives to completion, and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Required Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification.
- Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Preferred experience with Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, enterprise consent and privacy architecture, Salesforce org migrations, 6sense, Openprise, Qualtrics, CI/CD for Salesforce, SFDX, Git-based deployment pipelines, automated testing frameworks, CRM Analytics, or Tableau.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer, and AI Associate.
