Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables within the technical domain.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology solutions.
- Develop and understand workflows within Open Link Endur.
- Lead a team of developers and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
- Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges and act as an escalation point.
- Collaborate with Middle Office, Front Office, peers, managers, and multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Follow applicable risk, compliance, governance, monitoring, and escalation requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 3 years of experience with Open Link Endur.
- Hands-on development experience with Open JVS, Java, and Open Components.
- Knowledge of commodities trading, including natural gas, crude, and power.
- Ability to lead a team of developers and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
