Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and scalable machine-learning capabilities across the organization.
- Partner with Data Scientists to design and produce machine-learning models.
- Design and develop distributed, scalable services for monitoring and product support.
- Convert machine-learning models into mission-critical capabilities that improve customer experience.
- Research opportunities to shape products, tools, and technologies that improve business performance.
- Test and monitor applications and front-end experiences.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in a listed or related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a listed or related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience designing and developing distributed architectures using microservices or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Python programming and coding.
- Experience building enterprise-level solutions with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java.
- Experience with machine learning, AIaaS, MLOps, industry-standard machine-learning Python libraries, and model development and deployment.
- Experience with MLflow, Azure ML, or SageMaker and data science libraries and algorithms such as TensorFlow, Scikit, or PyTorch.
Benefits

- Full-time hourly or commission/incentive-eligible associates can earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year and 80–200 hours of vacation per year after a 90-day waiting period, depending on tenure.
- Full-time salaried associates receive paid time away as needed for sick leave, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, and floating holidays, subject to manager approval.
- Six paid scheduled holidays plus one floating holiday are provided; holiday premium pay may apply when eligible associates work on a scheduled holiday.
