Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Manage team performance and provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Python software development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with scalable software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- React.js experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
