Responsibilities
- Design technical blueprints and scalable ServiceNow solutions for customer migrations and new product launches.
- Facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions aligned with out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, guardrails, and platform governance practices.
- Develop enterprise solutions that align with information architecture, system portfolios, and integration requirements.
- Use ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver solutions.
- Investigate and resolve problems by determining root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years focused on ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
- Proven experience delivering 2–6+ large-scale, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
- Advanced scripting experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and OAuth.
- Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, solution design, problem-solving, Agile, and DevOps knowledge.
- CSA and CAD certifications are desirable.
- CIS certification in ITSM or CSM is a plus.
