- 10+ years of professional backend or full-stack development experience.
- Experience in setting and executing long-term technical strategies.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
- Superb communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- User empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
