Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled applications using React, TypeScript, Python, FastMCP, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Develop frontend applications, reusable UI components, Python backend services, APIs, MCP services, and enterprise integration layers.
- Design and implement MCP servers, clients, tools, schemas, registrations, authorization controls, and deployment-ready services.
- Develop modular, skill-based agent capabilities and complex multi-step workflows using LangChain Deep Agents, Google ADK, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate applications with LLM systems, RAG retrieval systems, MCP servers, backend APIs, and agent orchestration layers.
- Implement RBAC and other authentication and authorization controls for users, agents, clients, applications, and tools.
- Integrate logging, tracing, monitoring, and agent observability capabilities, including Arize- and Splunk-compatible tooling.
- Prepare services for deployment on OpenShift or Kubernetes-based enterprise container platforms.
- Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, maintainability, and reusable design-pattern compliance.
- Write technical documentation, integration guides, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and production support readiness.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
- At least 5 years of strong Python proficiency and experience building services with FastMCP, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and integrating REST APIs, asynchronous services, and event-driven architectures.
- At least 5 years of experience integrating AI, LLM-based systems, agent platforms, or AI APIs.
- At least 5 years of experience using React and TypeScript to build frontend applications.
- At least 4 years of experience with authentication, authorization, access control, SSO, OAuth 2.0, API keys, token-based access, RBAC, and scopes.
- At least 4 years of experience building or integrating MCP servers and understanding MCP protocols, schemas, message flows, clients, servers, and lifecycle patterns.
- At least 3 years of experience developing agent-driven workflows with LangChain, Google ADK, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- At least 3 years of frontend fundamentals experience, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser rendering, DOM APIs, and performance tuning.
- At least 3 years of experience with automated testing using Playwright, performance testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- At least 3 years of experience building secure, scalable, maintainable applications aligned with enterprise platform standards.
- Preferred experience includes Pydantic, JSON Schema, Zod, long-running autonomous agents, RAG, vector search, embeddings, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, Arize, Splunk, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams UI integration, prompt engineering, skill engineering, and knowledge graphs such as llm_wiki and OKF.
