Responsibilities
- Make CTCT-level architectural decisions and translate complex business and system requirements into robust software designs.
- Maintain deep understanding of the full EW/RW codebase and system flows across features.
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues and production or field crises across the codebase.
- Reduce architectural complexity and cost while implementing systemic fixes that prevent recurring defects.
- Drive reliability, functional-safety, CI/CD, release-governance, observability, and AI-native engineering standards across teams.
- Represent the area in the CCB, make release-blocker decisions, and improve build-system throughput using data-driven practices.
Requirements
- Backend development experience with C++ or relevant coding languages.
- Frontend design experience with Angular or React.
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Ability to provide deep system architecture, debugging, reliability, safety, and technical leadership across hardware/software domains.
