Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reusable and accessible Lightning Web Components, including modals, custom data tables, and component composition.
- Own Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems, including REST/SOAP callouts, named credentials, authentication, data mapping, and failure handling.
- Write clean, tested Apex services, triggers, and asynchronous Queueable, Batch, and Schedulable processing within governor limits.
- Build and maintain record-triggered and screen Flows, determining appropriately whether logic belongs in Flow or Apex.
- Model data and configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, metadata-driven configuration, and platform events.
- Participate in code reviews, testing standards, design discussions, and source-driven deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working software.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building on Salesforce and owning features through production deployment.
- Strong Lightning Web Components expertise, including lifecycle hooks, reactive properties, wire adapters, events, component composition, and Jest testing.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP callouts, named credentials, authentication, data mapping, and robust failure handling.
- Solid Apex skills, including SOQL, governor limits, asynchronous patterns, and unit testing.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
- Practical Salesforce Flow experience and sound judgment regarding the Flow/Apex boundary.
- Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with non-technical colleagues.
- Experience in a regulated environment, CI/CD, second-generation packaging, scratch orgs, and Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I are useful but not required.
