Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and KPI-driven reports.
- Build, debug, and maintain Fusion scenarios that automate approvals, notifications, and data pipelines across enterprise systems.
- Administer Workfront users, groups, roles, permissions, blueprints, templates, governance, and license management.
- Integrate Workfront with third-party non-Adobe tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers, business owners, engineering, and IT on requirements, solution design, documentation, training, and change management.
- Optimize workflows and identify automation opportunities supporting operational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront design, development, and administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Adobe Workfront/Fusion certification, including Workfront Core Developer Professional/Expert and Fusion Developer certification, is required or strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Workfront administration, including users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, reporting, governance, and integrations.
- Strong experience building, debugging, and maintaining complex Fusion integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations, including third-party tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
