Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites that scale with product velocity.
- Test AI diagnostic outputs for accuracy and consistency across medical conditions.
- Validate integrations with third-party systems including scheduling and video platforms.
- Create and execute test plans for new features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, advocating for quality throughout the development cycle.
- Build testing frameworks and processes to enable fast-paced development without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Monitor production systems and user reports to catch issues before they impact patients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA engineering experience, ideally with web and mobile applications.
- Strong foundation in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Comfortable testing APIs and backend systems, not just user interfaces.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Able to think critically about edge cases and potential failure modes.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Passionate about quality and user experience in high-stakes environments.
