Responsibilities
- Own and optimize prompt logic for AI agents.
- Build, test, and refine prompts using analytical problem-solving.
- Design systems for scalable, high-accuracy prompt workflows.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance testing and monitoring processes.
- Support onboarding of new customers through tooling improvements.
- Gather context and troubleshoot challenges with users.
- Track and analyze AI workflow accuracy metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce manual work.
- Build reusable playbooks and prompt strategies for future automation.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI automation workflows.
- Proven ability to work with complex systems to improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with large language models is a bonus.
