Responsibilities
- Build, test, and refine prompts powering AI agents.
- Design systems that support scalable, high-accuracy iteration on prompt workflows.
- Improve testing, monitoring, and refinement processes with internal teams.
- Support customer and organization onboarding through internal tooling improvements.
- Provide feedback to influence the broader product roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal and external users to gather context, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver consistent results.
- Track and analyze AI workflow accuracy metrics, identify trends and root causes, and recommend process improvements.
- Build reusable playbooks and prompt strategies for future automation efforts.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with a record of breaking complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI-powered automation workflows.
- Ability to work with complex real-world systems to identify patterns and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with large language models and their applications in automation or data systems is a bonus.
