Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines while influencing and coaching distributed engineers.
- Lead specialized ML solution design, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide model optimization and data-processing strategies.
- Lead a local team of software engineers and build new document-processing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field.
- At least 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of technical leadership leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
