Responsibilities
- Design predictive maintenance, OEE, safety, and adaptive-control architectures.
- Integrate MES and SCADA systems with edge and cloud AI pipelines.
- Deploy computer vision solutions for assembly, packaging, defect detection, and assembly-line safety.
- Apply ML/DL, reinforcement learning, MLOps, and Edge AI to OT data.
- Support OT/IT integration and ensure compliance with industrial OT standards.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- BTech or BE and 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience architecting AI/ML/GenAI solutions for industrial OT/IT environments.
- Expertise in ML/DL for predictive maintenance and OEE optimization, Vision AI, reinforcement learning, MLOps, and Edge AI.
- Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream, TAO, and Intel Tiber.
- Proven AI/ML leadership in OT/IT and practical plant-floor experience.
- Familiarity with MES/SCADA/PLC integration, ERP, OT/IT integration, and industrial operations.
