Base Salary
$194k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team covering the Americas.
- Refine and scale sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof of concept.
- Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Work in a matrixed environment to promote and support the Data Security business line through value-based selling.
- Lead the Data Security sales engineering organization across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, including the Gen AI market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales or systems engineering background with experience managing and directing a sales engineering team through mentoring, coaching, and talent development.
- Technical expertise in data protection and web-related technologies.
- Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed go-to-market environment.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies to improve workflows and problem-solving.
- Preferred: experience with Zscaler or competitive data protection solutions.
- Preferred: deep understanding of SaaS-based technologies and regulatory compliance across EMEA and APJ.
- Preferred: experience working with large go-to-market and partner ecosystems in a matrix environment.
