Base Salary
$176k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
- Refine and scale discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept processes.
- Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate across a matrixed organization to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
- Lead the regional sales engineering organization for Zscaler’s core portfolio, including the Gen AI market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales or systems engineering, including experience managing and directing a sales engineering team.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
- Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed go-to-market environment.
- Curiosity about and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies into workflows.
- Preferred experience with Zscaler or competitive solutions.
- Preferred deep understanding of SaaS technologies and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred experience working with large go-to-market and partner ecosystems in a matrix environment.
