Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software architectures across the .NET stack.
- Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce code quality and security.
- Develop testing protocols to ensure software reliability.
- Implement production observability frameworks.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Lead software development projects with Delivery Managers.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js.
- Experience designing high-load backend systems.
- Strong understanding of async/await and multithreading.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of microservice-based systems.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.
