Responsibilities
- Support Singapore accounts.
- Run targeted discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business challenges.
- Define, create, implement, and manage solution prototypes and pilots through completion.
- Present and articulate the business value of Salesforce cloud applications and platforms to managers and executives.
- Create innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
- Provide product, technical, and security responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Explain integrations between cloud applications and existing business applications.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Collaborate with the team by contributing, learning, and sharing knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle for CRM or high-value business solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
- Superior presentation and demonstration skills.
- Experience with multi-product solution selling to enterprise customers.
- Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of cloud computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
- Experience with business analysis and business-case or ROI construction.
- Data modeling skills are desirable.
- Experience selling to public sector agencies and statutory bodies is desirable.
