Base Salary
$140k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize system features across the DevOps lifecycle using coding and system design expertise.
- Build and maintain containerized systems using modern distributed systems architecture.
- Develop large-scale analysis dataflows, analysis systems, and analytics for threat detection.
- Apply automation and observability practices to complex systems.
- Translate complex problems and requirements into workable technical designs and solutions.
- Own assigned tasks and projects while collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong Python development experience with complex systems and modular coding.
- Experience with data engineering and modern distributed systems architecture, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Understanding of Linux systems and operating system fundamentals.
- Experience with the Python ecosystem, including PyPI and uv.
- Experience with AI infrastructure and agentic tooling.
- Cybersecurity experience.
- Data science experience with pandas and SQL.
- Site reliability engineering experience involving testing, resilience, and fault-preventative architecture.
- Ability to learn new systems, self-teach, independently solve problems, and self-test.
