Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including agentic AI with Copilot Studio.
- Develop multi-agent solutions, Copilot Studio agents, Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artifacts, AI Builder solutions, Business Process Flows, and Model-driven Apps.
- Make architecture decisions and provide technical leadership on complex enterprise projects.
- Build and expand customers’ Power Platform capabilities and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Integrate the Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Establish best practices, governance models, Centers of Excellence, and ALM processes.
- Mentor team members and customers and transfer technical knowledge.
- Monitor new Microsoft Stack features and assess their suitability for customer use.
- Manage requirements through elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Communicate with business and management-level stakeholders in German and English.
Requirements
- Several years of deep experience across the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- Expertise with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including multi-agent architectures.
- Strong Power Automate experience with Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, RPA, and Computer Use.
- Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
- Strong Dataverse experience covering data modeling, security, plug-ins, and Business Rules.
- Experience with AI Builder, Business Process Flows, and Power Platform ALM using Solutions, Pipelines, Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Storage.
- Experience using XML and JSON data formats.
- Experience with at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, or PowerShell.
- Experience with REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 SDK is desirable.
- Experience selecting and integrating Large Language Models is desirable.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent communication is desirable.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and grounding strategies is desirable.
- Experience consulting on and implementing complex enterprise projects.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
