Responsibilities
- Build greenfield backend systems and improve existing systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.
- Build REST APIs and engineer microservices.
- Evolve systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Develop maintainable business logic and deliver software with a focus on clean code and fast turnaround.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in backend development and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven approach.
