Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Customize applications using Duck Creek Author, Manuscripts, and Product Studio.
- Build integrations using REST and SOAP services.
- Perform code reviews, impact analysis, and technical design validation.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including 4+ years of Duck Creek experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, Claims, Author, Manuscripts, and Product Studio.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version-control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Duck Creek certifications in Policy, Billing, Claims, or Architect.
- Preferred experience includes Duck Creek OnDemand, Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, Canadian property and casualty insurance carriers, Guidewire, or other insurance platforms.
