Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system-based solutions, including new code and enhancements to existing code.
- Lead solution planning, technology evaluation, implementation planning, and troubleshooting for complex systems.
- Design, configure, administer, and integrate Salesforce solutions.
- Identify application defects, determine root causes, and recommend corrective solutions.
- Perform unit testing and project management activities for small- to medium-sized initiatives.
- Lead system development project teams and provide training, support, and guidance to junior team members.
- Document processes and support continuous improvement and post-deployment application support.
Requirements
- Five years of Salesforce development experience.
- Completed post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer certifications.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce design, development, configuration, administration, integrations, and scalable complex development projects.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, web technologies, API integrations, and guiding application software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Agile practices, Test Driven Development, and/or Behaviour Driven Development.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, relationship-building, and change-influence skills.
- Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment.
