Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, support, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, and integrations.
- Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices.
- Manage platform upgrades, cloning, performance, security, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance, user satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive standardization, automation, proofs of concept, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations, with strong knowledge of architecture, performance, and security.
- Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, CSM, license management, and contract compliance.
- ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, ITIL, and ONEiO is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
