Base Salary
$238k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and productionize machine learning models to enhance route and pin quality.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ML model training and evaluation.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and testing.
- Analyze large datasets to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Drive improvements in evaluation infrastructure and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience in a production Linux environment.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data extraction and analysis.
- Experience leading complex technical projects across multiple quarters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
