Responsibilities
- Lead backend engineering efforts.
- Design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and data unification strategies.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and integrity of partner profile data.
- Implement operational batch-processing capabilities across the platform.
- Establish consolidated data views and access management for multi-unit business structures.
- Introduce automated push notifications for authorized users.
- Contribute to software architecture, engineering standards, processes, and designs.
- Develop product features and participate in workshops with product development teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress, and communicate status to the Technology Manager.
- Support software changes through production and verify that they continue to work well.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a .NET Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with PHP.
- Experience with modular API and UI patterns.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established best practices and lifecycle quality mechanisms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, investigation, problem-solving, planning, and collaboration skills.
- Confident intermediate English or higher.
