Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-powered GTM systems.
- Write and maintain production code, including Python scripts and APIs.
- Lead AI workflow development and ensure reliable AI output.
- Design and maintain the knowledge infrastructure using vector databases.
- Contribute to the GTM tech stack and manage integrations with marketing tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify automation opportunities.
- Drive the AI roadmap and prioritize development tasks.
- Monitor and improve the performance of shipped systems.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python for building and debugging scripts and pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
- Demonstrated ability to ship real automation systems.
- Familiarity with AI in production, including prompt engineering and output validation.
- Understanding of go-to-market processes and sales enablement.
- Self-sufficient in developing prototypes from vague ideas.
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical teammates.
- Curiosity about AI tooling and current trends in the field.
