Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of developers in designing and delivering solutions from start to finish.
- Lead hands-on development of scalable, maintainable, and performant verification systems.
- Own technical solutions from development through live production delivery.
- Set standards for solution design, code quality, governance, and delivery.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and ensure accurate delivery of planned effort.
- Develop a deep understanding of the team’s systems, domain, and architecture.
- Distribute knowledge and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with UK teams and Technical Leads on the verification platform re-architecture.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience coaching and mentoring in technical subject areas.
- Solid experience with one or more of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript; similar or alternative technologies are also considered.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, and/or WPF.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Ability to prioritize people and conversations over process.
