Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable real-time and event-based systems.
- Own technical solutions from development through live production operation.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and take responsibility for estimation and documentation.
- Distribute technical knowledge and coach and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Experience coaching and mentoring developers.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience developing Golang microservices.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, or WPF is advantageous.
