Base Salary
$70k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular or React, SQL Server, and Azure or AWS.
- Translate client and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive technical and functional project deliverables and coordinate offshore and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize application and database performance while maintaining reliability, security, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- Represent the team in client discussions and provide technical expertise and delivery leadership.
- Support continuous improvement and adoption of modern development practices and technologies.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with .NET Core or .NET Framework and C#.
- Front-end development expertise with Angular and/or React.
- Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization.
- Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead leading development teams and complex projects.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage functional and technical workstreams.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
