Base Salary
$70k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Build modern frontend experiences with Angular and/or React.
- Design, optimize, and tune SQL Server databases and application performance.
- Design and deploy cloud-based solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
- Lead technical initiatives and large-scale technology projects from concept through deployment.
- Lead and mentor development teams while collaborating with geographically distributed onshore and offshore teams.
- Define software architecture and API designs while balancing technical execution with business requirements.
- Interact with business and technology leaders through strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and enterprise application development.
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular and/or React.
- Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions using Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Hartford, Connecticut and be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
