Base Salary
$104k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable responsive web applications using React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
- Lead development of reusable UI components and adoption of front-end engineering best practices.
- Integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize REST APIs for communication between applications and backend services.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering guidance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support application performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, deployment readiness, and production issue resolution.
- Manage source code and development workflows using GitHub, including branching strategies and pull requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, C#, .NET Core, AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern application development practices.
- Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including authentication, error handling, JSON payloads, and API-driven development.
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge, including query optimization, data validation, joins, indexing concepts, and performance-focused data access.
- Proven experience with GitHub-based source control, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native AWS architectures, application performance tuning, scalability, Agile software development environments, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, and globally distributed engineering teams.
