Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CTO.
- Make key technical decisions across the stack.
- Craft scalable architecture.
- Ensure a high degree of code quality.
- Implement engineering best practices.
- Guide and mentor other engineers.
- Lead and improve engineering processes.
- Own development of end-to-end features and projects.
Requirements
- 12+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- At least 3 recent years working in React.
- Experience in both startups and larger companies.
- Strong product understanding.
- Commitment to high-quality, sustainable, and scalable engineering.
- Ability to structure and decompose complex features.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and generating quick solutions.
- Ability to lead without authority and teach others.
