Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, code quality, scalability, and performance objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in software delivery processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, HTTP REST APIs with Spring, Azure, JUnit, Git, and GitLab or GitHub.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, cloud-native applications, and container-based applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
