Responsibilities
- Translate high-value, ambiguous enterprise business problems into well-framed agentic problems with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Provide technical leadership across the full development, evaluation, and post-deployment iteration lifecycle for agentic workflows
- Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources
- Evolve prototypes into stable, reusable solutions while balancing rapid iteration with enterprise requirements
- Define and apply evaluation and quality standards to measure success, failures, and regressions
- Debug agent behavior and systematically improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent delivery across customers
- Mentor engineers across distributed teams and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Collaborate with customers, product teams, and platform teams to shape how agentic systems are built, evaluated, and deployed at scale
Requirements
- Substantial experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade software using Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks, including ReAct or Plan-and-Execute architectures
- Deep familiarity with frontier models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as RAG and vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom state machines
- Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise customers and translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specifications
- Experience mentoring distributed teams and setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
