Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear agentic problems with success criteria.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development and evaluation lifecycle.
- Lead the design and delivery of LLM-powered agents with enterprise-grade reliability.
- Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements for stable solutions.
- Define evaluation standards to measure agent performance and quality.
- Mentor engineers across distributed teams and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in building and maintaining production-grade software (Python/TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with agentic architectures that execute multi-step tasks.
- Deep familiarity with Frontier Models, RAG, and vector databases.
- Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
- Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
