Responsibilities

  • Translate high-value, ambiguous enterprise business problems into well-framed agentic problems with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
  • Provide technical leadership across the full development, evaluation, and post-deployment iteration lifecycle for agentic workflows
  • Design, build, and deliver LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools and data sources
  • Evolve prototypes into stable, reusable solutions while balancing rapid iteration with enterprise requirements
  • Define and apply evaluation and quality standards to measure success, failures, and regressions
  • Debug agent behavior and systematically improve prompts, workflows, tools, and guardrails
  • Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent delivery across customers
  • Mentor engineers across distributed teams and raise engineering quality across the organization
  • Collaborate with customers, product teams, and platform teams to shape how agentic systems are built, evaluated, and deployed at scale

Requirements

  • Substantial experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade software using Python or TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience building agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks, including ReAct or Plan-and-Execute architectures
  • Deep familiarity with frontier models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as RAG and vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom state machines
  • Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency
  • Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise customers and translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specifications
  • Experience mentoring distributed teams and setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
